Samuel "Sam" Grey is the son of Karen Kim's deceased patient. He and his mother both have no idea that Karen had an affair with their father/husband. Sam, in fact, has no idea that Karen was his father's therapist. He was killed by Elizabeth Grey after struggling over a gun
