Josslyn "Joss" Carver Davis is a main protagonist of Mistresses and the younger half-sister of Savi Davis. Working as a real-estate agent, Joss enjoys shallow relationships and is not interested in a serious relationship.
History[]
Joss when she was 7-year-old.
Joss grew up with a her older sister. Her step-father left after her mother had pregnant with Joss with another man. She was about 7 years younger then Savi. Savannah always filled in the parenting role when their mother was absent. For example she bought Joss a necklace for her 7th birthday saying it was a present from their mom.

Savi is Joss's older half-sister.

Joss met Alex in "Pilot". She was asked to find the perfect home for Alex and her girlfriend Sally. Sally begins to detach from the house hunting and leaves Alex to do it. Slowly but surely, the two girls begin falling for each other. Thus beginning Joss' first real relationship (lasting longer than 48 hours).
Scott Thompson[]

Joss and Scott were set up on a blind date, that only Scott knew about. Josslyn wasn't interested at first, but Scott continued to charm her. The two start up a relationship and eventually move in together. After Joss meets Scott's family he proposes to her. In the season two finale they are supposed to get married in a surprise wedding, but Joss runs off to Harry.

Joss is very outgoing and festive. She has trouble settling down. She is a woman who is questioning her sexuality.Joss is independent, sexy, free-spirited, and adventurous, though sometimes short-sighted and lonely.
