Elizabeth Grey is a recurring character in Mistresses. She is the mother of Sam Grey and the widow of Thomas Grey.
Background[]
Elizabeth is thought to be initially unaware that her late husband had an affair with another woman. However it soon becomes evident she knew of the affair, and through the use of manipulating Karen's feelings and friendship, she made Karen write a different description of the mental stabilty of her late husband. It is later found out that she used this information to try and ruin Karen's career and reputation, in revenge for her having an affair with her husband.
